August Updates   

Smoking In The Hallways:

Smoking in the hallways and courtyard is not permitted.  Please be sure to smoke only within your unit and please do not leave cigarette butts behind in the common areas.

Next Board of Directors Meeting:

Board of Directors meetings are held every last Monday of the month in the Clubhouse at 360 W Avenue 26 at 7:00 pm, unless otherwise noticed.

Pet Waste:

Pet waste deposits made by pets on any Common Area or Association Property, including landscaped areas, must be promptly cleaned up by the owner of the pet. Waste must be put in a tightly sealed plastic bag before being disposed of. Any damage caused by a pet shall be repaired/replaced at the pet owner's expense. This includes, but is not limited to, grass, plants, carpet, stained stucco, claw marks, etc.

Charcoal Grills:

Open flame devices are not permitted in the building. 

Roof Access:

Homeowners should not access the roof without prior written approval from the Board of Directors.  If you need roof access, please contact your community manager at
